Siamese Cat Introduction to my cat models.

I was asked to make a portrait model of a (deceased) well-loved cat for a client. With any new project, there is a certain amount of research to be done, and having made the model, there is the question of what to charge. If I retained the copyright, and made more copies from the mould, then the initial cost was shared by subsequent buyers and a reasonable price arrived at. However, another problem then arises - where to sell these cat models? As with the dogs, I went to Cat Shows and advertised. It is necessary to have a range of items to sell, so I made other models, large and small versions, as well as low reliefs as brooches

This is a list of the cats in production in 1983. They are no longer made as I have given up travelling to shows where I might sell them. Some have, however, appeared on Ebay, and people ask how much they would cost now. I have therefore put the current 2005 mail order prices on the list below. If you can buy one on Ebay cheaper, good luck! Otherwise, come to me and I will see if I can make one for you. Much depends on the state of the mould.
