Lenham Pottery Discontinued Models.

The purpose of these pages is to put into the public domain identification details, size and shape, of the models I have designed, hand-made, cast, coloured and fired since 1969. You might need to verify the provenance of a piece or to challenge false attributions. I have been both flattered and upset to see some of my models offered for sale on internet auction sites, ascribed to well-known commercial public limited companies. I have never licensed any firm to copy my designs.

The models illustrated are digital images of my reference copies, with at least one dimension given in millimetres.

All original sculptures, working models, moulds, images and these words are copyright.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
The content of the site is protected by copyright, design, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial, use, provided that you keep intact all and any copyright notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials, images or content of the site without written permission from Lenham Pottery Models, "Miradouro", Bungay Road, Poringland, Norfolk, NR14 7NB.

The site is provided by Lenham Pottery Models without any warranties or guarantees associated with the software or equipment used. You must bear the risks associated with use of the Internet. I will do my best to make sure that the information is correct and up-to-date but I cannot be held responsible for consequential or incidental damage if the information is incorrect or out-of-date.

LAWS:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England, and any dispute will be decided only by the English Courts. Browsing through this part of the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

CONTRACT:
There is no intention to offer these items for sale because these items are discontinued and my reference copies are NOT FOR SALE. However, some moulds might still work, and I would be prepared to try and make a cat or dog model for a committed fan.

INFORMATION:
Having said all that, I should always be pleased to hear from people who have (perhaps I should say, "still have") one of these models, and have enjoyed owning it. Even more so, if you have purchased a model on Ebay or other auction site, and are prepared to let me know the price you paid for it.
