POST-FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS over £150 (total value of items from this list) by Insured Special Delivery, (=Registered Post, U.K. only). Signature required on arrival.

POST FREE DELIVERY OF ORDERS under £150 sent by Recorded Delivery. These require a signature on arrival but are not insured. Please add £4 for Insured Special Delivery.

CREDIT card holders should visit www.paypal.com, who will now accept payments in sterling to the credit of my account. Goods, when ready, are sent on confirmation by Paypal that the funds have been received by them and paid into my account.

Delivery Despatch. Orders will be assembled as soon as possible but many of the items are made to order. Also for some of the lines I rely on outside suppliers, especially castings, and delays are sometimes unavoidable. In order to reduce costs, I do not acknowledge orders, but if you have not heard from me in four weeks after I should have received the order, please contact me by phone or e-mail. It may be that I can suggest an alternative to an out-of-stock item.

REMINDER: There is only me. I do not have staff. Therefore, if you wish to collect items from me, please give me time to make them and give me a ring before calling to ensure they are ready and save a wasted journey. I work in a studio and workshop at the back of a private house; I do not have a shop or a showroom and I no longer go to shows.
I reserve the right to change prices or specifications as necessary.
I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is any query, please contact me, quoting the order number stamped on the address slip. I am also glad to help with other matters, but general queries should be accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope or by e-mail.

TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR INDIVIDUAL MAIL ORDERS paying in   US Dollars $.
Because of money laundering, US banking regulations no longer permit non-residents to operate a dollar account. This is a great pity as it means I can no longer accept personal checks in dollars. Travellers cheques in £sterling are acceptable, as are bank drafts in sterling drawn on a UK bank.
Payment Arrangements for USA. I have an account with www.paypal.com for credit card holders paying in US$. Use the email address of   lenham.pottery-models@ virgin.net. Goods, when ready, are sent on confirmation by Paypal that the funds have been received by them and paid into my account.
No Delivery Charges on Orders over $300.
These prices are CARRIAGE PAID to the address as confirmed by PayPal on orders totalling over $300 up to $750. Parcels valued over $300 are sent by the Air Mail International Signed For service, and insured up to $750. These require a signature on delivery. Please ask for a quotation if you want a consignment valued over $750 sent by international carrier, which will be insured for loss but will have to pass through Customs and may have to pay duty.
Delivery Charges on Orders from $50 up to $299
Orders are CARRIAGE PAID by surface mail by the International Signed For service. Insurance is $1.50 extra. For Air Mail carriage, please add 10%.
Orders under $50 are sent carriage paid, by sea mail and uninsured. Please add $6 for insurance and 10% for air mail.
